Once a month, accomplished women gather for 90 minutes of the kind of conversations you have or wish you could have with other women. The kind where someone’s story makes you see your own life differently. The kind you’re still thinking about three days later.
This isn’t a webinar. There are no slides or scripted takeaways, no “three steps to transform your life.”

How It Works
Each Month:
I announce a theme (like “Stories of Second Coming of Age”)
You submit your 1000-word story exploring that theme from your lived experience
I curate the best 4 pieces and publish them here to the full community
We gather live on Zoom for a 30-minute panel discussion (streamed free on YouTube) followed by a 60-minute intimate salon conversation (paid subscribers only)
Featured contributors and salon members think together in real time
The Two-Part Format:
Part 1 (30 minutes) - FREE on YouTube
Panel discussion with the 4 featured contributors
I facilitate conversation about their stories and themes
Open to everyone - no subscription required
Part 2 (60 minutes) - PAID Subscribers or Ticket Holders Only
Intimate salon conversation applying ideas to real life
All participants can contribute, ask questions, and think together

“Can I submit even if I’m a free subscriber?”
Yes! If your piece is featured, you’ll get a 3-month gifted paid subscription (full salon access) plus publication to 4,500+ readers. If it’s not featured, you still get a free pass to The Salon.
“What’s the difference between the panel and the salon?”
The panel (first 30 minutes) focuses on the featured contributors discussing their stories. The salon (next 60 minutes) is where everyone participates—applying ideas, asking questions, and thinking together about our own lives.
“What happens after I subscribe?”
You’ll get a welcome email with access to all past full salon recordings, the current month’s submission details, and registration link for the next live salon.
